Agu Pork Shabu-Shabu Miruku Naha

The shabu shabu was really nice. Although we didn’t make a reservation, we arrived early, and they were able to offer us a table. By the time we left, there were people waiting, so I recommend coming earlier if you don’t have a reservation. At night, only set menus are available for shabu shabu. It’s a bit of a downside that each set requires ordering a portion for at least two people. Since we were a group of three, we had to choose the same set together. I was more interested in the beef shabu shabu, but one of our family members doesn’t eat beef, so we ended up ordering the pork shabu shabu instead. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We don’t speak Japanese, but there were English and Chinese menus available. The staff even assisted us in cooking the vegetables, which was a nice touch.

Every things is good the food and the service in the beginning. A young girl who speak english well and very patient explain the food and step to us. However, at the almost end a old Japanese woman come, she just drop the egg and rice and leave. We have no idea how to make the last rice with soup. We are shocked why she just put the food and run. We ask her how to do the soup with rice. She just keep speak english and dont wanna help us to make. Actually, it is quite usual in Tokyo. In this restaurant, i feel like a self-service restaurant, i cook and server my-self. For the hotpot part i can accept that. However, for other part the staff shall give help.

Delicious agu pork loin, services was good. Thanks for their recommenation for adding rice into the soup and made it like the congee.

Plenty of good quality ingredients. You get your own, cozy separate room with wooden sliding doors. Enjoyed both the taste and experience of cooking the dish yourself. Usually it’s hard to satisfy my hunger with just one set for a single person. That was enough even for me. Definitely recommend!

Best pork shabu shabu around. Consistent quality and service. We visit frequently. Very memorable and tasty for when you are hosting guests to Okinawa.

Motobu beef is very good, sukiyaki is very yum but the soup became very salty (too strong taste) at the end. Staffs are nice, they are not young but very genki
